Martin
Joint managing director & construction director
Martin has over 25 years of practical experience in groundworks and civil engineering. Starting as a groundworker, he progressed into site and contract management, delivering large-scale groundwork packages for residential developments of up to 200 homes across Yorkshire.
As Construction Director, Martin manages the delivery of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. His extensive technical expertise, proactive management style and IOSH qualification enable him to support site teams while maintaining strict health and safety compliance on every commercial project.
Matt
Joint managing director & commercial director
Matt co-founded M3 Groundworks Ltd in 2015, bringing more than 25 years of commercial construction experience. After beginning his career as a management trainee with Ballast Plc, he specialised in quantity surveying and worked with national and regional contractors on commercial developments and new build housing projects valued at up to £45 million.
Today, Matt oversees the commercial and contractual aspects of every project, ensuring clients receive a professional, reliable service from tender through to completion. His hands-on approach, industry knowledge and commitment to quality have helped establish M3 Groundworks Ltd as a trusted commercial groundwork specialist across Leeds and Yorkshire.
