Ground Works Working Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Working Foreman to join our team for ongoing projects in and around the Leeds area.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting out and coordinating works on site
Ensuring the timely availability of materials, plant, equipment, and labour in line with contract and programme requirements
Monitoring work quality and maintaining high standards throughout
Ensuring compliance with safety plans and method statements across all operatives and subcontractors
Maintaining a safe system of work for all site activities, including the timely provision of safety equipment
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in site supervision and team leadership
Ability to maintain accurate daily diaries and record sheets
Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of groundworks
SSSTS certification and First Aid training
Valid CSCS card
Full UK driving licence
Ground Worker – Commercial Construction
We are currently looking for a Ground Worker with experience in Commercial construction both refurb and new build. Foundations, drainage, floor slabs and externals.
Preferably 2 – 5 years Groundworks experience.
Rates negotiable based on experience
Must have CSCS Card
Valid UK driving licence
Ground Worker - Housing
We are currently looking for experienced Ground Workers with housing experience for a small housing site in Leeds, which would lead to long term work for the right candidate.
Duties will include;
Paving
Kerbing
Plot Drainage
Service Trenches
Must have groundworks experience. Preferably 3-5 years. Rates negotiable dependent on experience
Must have a current CSCS card
Preferably CPCS/NPORS for plant
Valid UK driving licence
Excavator Operator
