Matt Hazelgrave
Joint Managing Director/Commercial Director
Matt started his career as a management trainee at Ballast Plc, before quickly deciding upon the career path of Quantity Surveying. He has worked for a number of national and regional main contractors, delivering various commercial and new build housing schemes of varying values of up to £40m. After working for over twenty years in the construction industry, Matt has gained valuable experience which helps him to steer M3 towards continued growth and success. His priority is to ensure that all our clients receive the excellent client service that M3 has built its reputation upon. His active involvement and hands on approach to commercial and contract management ensures that he keeps a tight rein on delivering a quality service from the tender stage to contract completion
Martin Stanton
Joint Managing Director/Construction Director
Martin has gained almost 25 years experience in the construction industry. He started his career as a ground worker, then progressed to Site Manager and Contracts Manager working with some the largest civil engineering contractors in Yorkshire. The majority of Martin’s experience has been on new build housing sites. He has been responsible for the delivery of groundworks and civil engineering packages for housing developments of up to 200 houses. He manages the construction element on the majority of contracts. His proactive attitude and active involvement in Contract Management ensures that our clients needs are put first. Martin believes that quality and safety are fundamental to delivering first class contracts. Highly respected for his technical knowledge he provides support and guidance to our site teams. Qualified to IOSH standards, Martin ensures that Health and Safety criteria onsite is achieved at all times
